Refunds and Exchanges

Custom Items/Monograms are non-refundable. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with any of our STOCK items you may return them within 30 days of purchase. The purchase amount minus the cost of shipping will be credited back your account within 7 business days of receiving your returned product. Clearance and custom items cannot be returned under any circumstances. 

Should you experience any issue receiving your order, please reach out to us with a picture of the item and box you received at onlinesales@streamlinesteel.com within 10 days of receiving the order. Once 10 days have passed since the receipt of the item, we will no longer issue replacements.
